- The DigitalBoard Database stores contact information
on each member (address, phone, email, notes, etc)
- Each member can access the following directory features:
- Update their own contact information
- Hide their phone and address from the rest of the
members (still available for administrators)
- Extra fields to enter any kind of information
- Administrators can enter hidden information on each member
for internal purposes
- Three basic member types provided: Administrators, Regular
Users, and Guests, but administrators have the ability
to add new types with different permissions to access the
various features of DigitalBoard
- Export your membership directory directly into a Microsoft
Excel spreadsheet which in turn can easily be used to import
into mailing labels or used for any other internal needs
- Records site use (number of times logged in and last
login date) and provides some basic statistics - this way
you can easily identify those that are regularly using
DigitalBoard and those that are not
